● Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
● Luxuriously butter a 9 inch bundt pan.
● In a large bowl, mix almond flour and baking powder.
● In a separate bowl, cut butter into curly round cutter, adding cream cheese.
● Microwave cream cheese and butter for 30 seconds. More importantly, don't burn cream cheese.
● Mix the wet ingredients together until completely combined.
● Add vanilla extract, erythritol and sour cream to cream cheese and butter mixture. Stir well.
● In a big bowl full of baking powder and flour, pour the wet ingredients. Stir well.
● Apply eggs to batter and stir them well.
● At this point, put batter into buttered bundt pan and arrange in oven.
● Bake for a period of 50 minutes or until a toothpick position in the cake emerges spic and span.
● For two hours, let cake cool wholly. The cake may crumble a bit if you remove them it too soon.
